由於聽老師說考試要帶工程用計算機



好心的同學跟朋友有的說要借我一台3千多塊的德國製$&*&*((之類的計算機



實在是不敢用



深怕我這機器跟電腦殺手又會把東西用壞了



於是決定自己來買一台



又礙於本人實在是"色彩協會"的會員



什麼都要粉紅色或是洋紅色



於是工程用計算機



也起碼要來個粉紅色



找了好久



發現只有Hello Kitty有出



所以就買啦!!!



做題目按起來就是特別開心

08年底桃花運"暴漲"的星座(Sharing)

 



第一名：金牛座

在年底金牛座瘋狂的散發吸引力，似乎是因為荷爾蒙的作用莫名其妙就有許多異性為他瘋狂，不過追究原因跟金牛座個性轉變有很大關係，之前專注於工作個性呆板的他變的活潑善體人意，打開心門的金牛自然吸引很多異性靠近。

昨天沒有排到課



所以決定在外面把書看完再回家



結論就是

因為家裡誘惑太多了

整個就是很不想念書



所以還是在外面看完書再回家

別把拒絕當回事！

 現代人越來越在意別人對自己的看法，一不被認同就陷入自我懷疑與焦慮的情緒中。

真有這麼嚴重嗎？別急著把所有問題都攬在自己身上！

 當你被別人拒絕時，心裡有何感受？你會如何反應？

2003年，美國女演員安娜貝爾?葛維奇（Annabelle Gurwitch），



接受名導演伍迪．艾倫（Woody Allen）邀請，開心參與他所執導的舞台劇。

直到彩排時才發現是惡夢的開始，這個角色根本不適合她，怎麼演都不對勁。



伍迪．艾倫當眾對著她大叫：「你看起來就像是個笨蛋！」



彩排1星期後，葛維奇便遭到換角，「當時我覺得自己真的是個差勁的演員，」她回憶說。

只是誰也沒料到，這麼不堪的經驗卻為她帶來事業第二春。



當她以為自己走投無路時，發現身邊有更多人經歷過比她還要難堪的被開除經驗。



她索性把這些故事集結成書，並拍成紀錄片，結果出乎意料地大受歡迎。



「被伍迪．艾倫開除後，我才知道自己不只是個演員而已，」葛維奇說道。

 

現代人愈來愈害怕被拒絕

每個人都有經歷過各種被拒絕的經驗，



包括被客戶掛電話、提案被否決、請求不被接受、工作不斷被挑剔、應徵失敗……。

而且在當今愈來愈績效導向的職場環境裡，人們愈在意自己被別人拒絕或是不被認可。

美國心理學家、《甩開憂慮》（The Worry Cure）的作者羅伯特．李希（Robert Leahy）指出，



特別是年輕上班族，通常會急著要在團體中凸顯自己、讓自己被看見，自尊心又很強，非常在意別人對他的看法。



一旦工作上不被肯定或被拒絕，承受力也比較差。

另一個重要因素則是，工作環境不穩定，包括轉換工作的次數以及移動性增加。



相較於過去，現代人一生中更常要面對新的工作環境與夥伴，



必須在最短時間內在新團隊中建立自己的地位，



當然也就更在意別人對自己的看法，害怕自己不被認可。

 

對事不對人，別鑽牛角尖

然而事實上，被拒絕是常有的事情，與其擔心自己被別人拒絕，



還不如調整自己的心態，以平常心看待別人的拒絕。

美國芝加哥藝術學院（School of the Art Institute of Chicago）的學生就有很好的訓練。



每個人的每件作品都必須展示出來，接受教授以及同學的批評，其他人一定要具體說出作品有哪些地方不好。

「我們希望告訴學生，你的作品或許不夠好，但不代表你這個人不好，」



大學部主任保羅．科菲（Paul Cofffey）表示。

面對別人的拒絕，我們該如何回應？《今日心理學》雜誌（Psychology Today）提出了幾點建議：

1.被拒絕是人之常情。



被拒絕是很正常的事情，不可能所有人都喜歡你、不可能任何人都願意答應你的請求、不可能每個工作都適合你。

2.問題不在你。



別把所有問題都攬在自己身上，把對方的拒絕當成對你個人的否定。



如果你的提案不被接受，再想辦法說服或修改得更完整。



這家公司沒有錄取你，只是代表你的能力和這家公司所需要的不符合，你應該繼續尋找更能發揮長才的公司。

3.不需要討好每個人。



或許對方真的不喜歡你這個人，原因可能是彼此價值觀不同，或者根本沒有特別原因。



這也無所謂，你不可能讓所有人都喜歡你，所以也不需要去討好所有人。

4.不要想太多。



有時我們又過度杞人憂天，「萬一被拒絕怎麼辦？」事情還沒真正發生，



我們自己卻開始擔心，反而無法靜下心來好好做事。



美國密西根大學心理學系教授蘇珊諾倫豪克席瑪（Susan Nolen-Hoeksema）建議，



當你感覺太過焦慮時，不妨改做其他幫助你放鬆的事情，讓自己暫時分心。

5.別妄下結論。



對於別人的拒絕，不需要過度解釋，自然也沒有必要過度反應，立刻跳出來反駁對方的不是。



真覺得疑惑，應就事論事地詢問對方原因，不要落入情緒化反應。

 

學習用對事不對人的態度看待別人的拒絕，別人拒絕你是一回事，



你是怎樣的人又是另一回事，因此不需要覺得自尊心受到傷害，



陷入負面思考的惡性循環中。

我還沒看海角七號但是我已經跟茂伯拍合照！

 





上禮拜六跟寒月哥坐高鐵下高雄去拍照



那時有一對新娘新郎在拍婚紗



我突然看到一個老人跟他們拍照



我還跟寒月哥說



那是新娘的爸爸吧



我還開玩笑說：哈哈長的好像茂伯喔



（雖然我還沒看過電影。。。。。但是大家好瘋所以我多少有點概念茂伯的樣子）



結果寒月說：ㄟ那對新人跟他說謝謝耶！他真的是茂伯啦！



然後我就不知道莫名在興奮什麼想要去跟他拍合照



而寒月哥很酷的拿出手機幫我們拍
